JEE Main 2026 Session 1: City Slip Released, Dates Revised

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has dropped a big update for engineering aspirants: JEE Main 2026 Session 1 city intimation slips are now live on jeemain.nta.nic.in since January 8, 2026.

This advance slip tells candidates their allotted exam city (and sometimes date/shift), helping plan travel, stay, and prep without last-minute stress. Note: It’s NOT the admit card—full hall ticket with centre address, shift, and rules comes later.

Along with the slip, NTA revised the exam schedule: Session 1 now runs January 21 to 29, 2026 (shortened by one day from original plan ending Jan 30).
